Purpose and audience
Skill Seller Digital Hub provides learning services for individuals, sales professionals, business teams and leaders, including people working in product-based direct selling. Enrollment purchases the learning service described on the course page. It does not itself appoint a learner as a distributor of a third-party company or grant a licence to operate a business.
Course information and practical learning
Review the actual syllabus, trainer, language, duration, lessons, access period, price and assessment before paying. Product knowledge, customer communication, ethical sales, presentations, leadership and customer service must be represented according to the content actually supplied. Training about recruitment or a compensation structure must be described honestly; renaming it does not alter its substance.
Companies, permissions and claims
A company-specific course must state the trainer relationship and any authorization accurately. Company names and logos require appropriate rights. No general claim that all product-based companies are lawful or government-approved is made. Training certificates do not establish regulatory approval, product efficacy, company legitimacy or a guaranteed sales outcome.
Consumer protection and responsible practice
Training must not encourage pyramid or money-circulation schemes, coercive purchases, misleading product/income claims, unauthorized solicitation or payment merely for recruitment. Applicable Indian consumer and direct-selling requirements remain relevant to the actual activity. A sale-linked payment alone does not establish that a complete scheme is lawful.
Purchases, refunds and partner participation
Review Refund & Cancellation Policy and the course-access information. The voluntary course offer permits requests within seven calendar days for a 90% refund of the paid amount, without limiting stronger remedies required by law. Referral participation has separate Partner Program disclosures; no learner is promised recovery of training fees through referrals.
WhatsApp and support
WhatsApp usage must satisfy its own platform restrictions in addition to applicable law. This policy does not provide an exemption for training that promotes or facilitates prohibited MLM activity.
