Certificates are available only for courses that expressly include them. Review the course listing for completion, attendance, assessment or other eligibility requirements.
Issuance
An eligible certificate reflects the applicable course completion and its issuer. Check the relevant course and account learning area for its availability. Contact support if you meet the stated requirements and the certificate is missing.
Meaning
A completion certificate records the applicable learning achievement. It does not by itself provide government recognition, academic credit, a professional licence or a guarantee of employment.
Corrections and support
Contact support about a missing certificate or a name correction with the relevant course and account reference. A correction may require verification.
