01Platform operator

Skill Seller Digital Hub is operated by ZAKKARA MARKET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. These provisions apply to skillsellerdigitalhub.com and its education, seller, partner and event services, where offered.

02Accounts and use

Use accurate registration information and protect your login credentials. Do not share OTPs or use the platform for impersonation, fraud, unauthorized access, abusive conduct or unlawful activity.

03Courses and access

Review the published curriculum, educator details, price, duration, language, access period and certificate conditions before purchase. Access depends on the applicable enrollment and verified payment process. A certificate does not by itself promise employment, accreditation or an income outcome.

04Payments and refunds

The final price and applicable charges should be displayed before payment. Refund and cancellation requests are addressed through the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable product or event terms. For courses, requests within 7 calendar days of successful payment qualify for the voluntary 90% refund offer described in that policy. Event non-refundable terms do not override mandatory consumer remedies.

The voluntary refund offer does not limit a full refund or other remedy required by applicable law for a deficient, misrepresented or undelivered service. See Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05Content and intellectual property

Learning materials are provided for the permitted learning purpose. Do not resell, redistribute or upload materials without permission from the relevant rights holder. Educators must have permission to supply the content they publish.

06Seller and partner services

Course enrollment and partner participation are separate matters. Our referral program includes commission on eligible direct sales and qualifying team sales across multiple levels. It is not described as a single-level program. Read the Partner Program & Disclosures and linked commission information before participating. A training purchase is not a promise of income, employment, recruitment benefits or recovery of the course fee.

07Events and changes

Review the named organizer, venue, date, ticket category, entry conditions and cancellation terms for each event. Material schedule changes or cancellations should be communicated to affected purchasers.

08Support and consumer rights

Contact info@skillsellerdigitalhub.com or +91 91353 51366. Include the relevant order or account reference. Never send a password, OTP, card PIN or full card details. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10Professional training scope

Training may serve sales professionals, direct sellers, business owners and team leaders. Each course must describe its actual subject matter, trainer, curriculum, delivery and access period. A training certificate does not certify that a company or compensation plan complies with Indian law or Meta policies. Company-specific authorization or endorsement must be stated accurately and supported by permission. See our Professional Training Policy.

11WhatsApp communications

Accepting these Terms, creating an account or providing a phone number alone does not subscribe you to WhatsApp marketing. Permission must identify the business and message purpose. Requests to withdraw permission can be sent to support. Read our WhatsApp Communication Policy for service messages, promotional choices and contact routes. No policy text grants permission to promote restricted activities through WhatsApp.
