Digital services
Skill Seller Digital Hub is operated by ZAKKARA MARKET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. These provisions apply to skillsellerdigitalhub.com and its education, seller, partner and event services, where offered. Courses, platform access and event confirmations are digital services; physical shipping applies only if a specific listing expressly includes a physical product.
Course access
Course access activates after successful verified payment and is available through the relevant Skill Seller account. Review the course page for the access period and any scheduled start date. If a delivery time is stated for a specific service, that stated time applies.
Event tickets
Event booking confirmation and eligible digital/QR ticket access depend on the booking and payment confirmation process. Check ticket details, entry category and the named event organizer.
If access is missing
Check the account used for purchase and any payment confirmation. Contact support with the order reference and purchase details. Do not share a password or OTP, and do not assume a bank debit alone confirms a completed enrollment.
Service-specific conditions
Check the listing for course duration, live-session dates, downloadable resources, access period and certificate requirements. Lifetime access is not included unless expressly stated. Contact support if the purchased service is not available as described.
