01Who operates this platform

Skill Seller Digital Hub is operated by ZAKKARA MARKET INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. These provisions apply to skillsellerdigitalhub.com and its education, seller, partner and event services, where offered.

02Information provided by you

Depending on the service you use, information may include your name, email, phone number, account details, support messages, order references, course activity, event booking details and seller or partner application information. Only provide information relevant to your request.

03How information is used

Information is used to administer accounts, provide purchased access, process and reconcile transactions, support users, manage bookings, record learning progress and operate eligible seller or partner services. Information used for advertising measurement is described separately below.

04Service providers and third parties

The website is hosted on Hostinger and uses Razorpay for payments. Relevant information is shared as needed to operate those services. Google Maps embeds and WhatsApp support links involve their respective providers. Where WhatsApp business messaging is enabled, WhatsApp/Meta and the Kiash messaging provider, where used, may process the recipient phone number, name, requested-service references, message content and delivery information for messaging and support. Processing may occur outside India. Provider configuration and actual service use determine which information is involved. Meta advertising tools may receive information as described below where enabled. Each provider also handles information under its own applicable privacy information and terms.

05Cookies and advertising tools

Where Meta Pixel is enabled, it measures website activity associated with Facebook and Instagram advertising. Depending on the configured events and permissions, Meta may receive page URLs, event times, browser and device information, IP addresses, cookie or click identifiers and interactions such as page views or purchases. These data may support ad measurement, attribution, optimization and audience creation or remarketing where enabled and permitted. Not every event or feature is necessarily enabled. 06Meta information and your choices

Meta handles information received through its business tools under its applicable terms and privacy policy. You can review Meta’s privacy information and advertising preferences through its services. Browser cookie controls can also be used, but clearing a cookie does not delete information already received by Meta. Where consent is required, the relevant tracking must be held until consent and withdrawal must stop future optional tracking. Optional advertising choices and controls depend on the services enabled on the page. This notice does not mean that advanced matching or Conversions API is in use. 07Retention and protection

The necessary period depends on the record, service and legal obligation. You may contact us to ask about retention of your information or request deletion. Records subject to a lawful retention requirement may be kept after account closure. Please protect your account credentials and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

You may contact the business to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or raise a privacy concern. Identity checks may be needed to protect accounts. Requests remain subject to applicable requirements and records that the business is entitled or required to retain.

10WhatsApp permission and choices

Account registration and acceptance of general Terms do not by themselves grant permission for WhatsApp marketing. Permission must be purpose-specific and recorded; promotional choices must be optional. You can withdraw through info@skillsellerdigitalhub.com or +91 91353 51366, identifying the affected number. STOP replies must also be processed by support; no automatic keyword bot is represented as installed. See WhatsApp Communication Policy. Withdrawal does not erase records that must lawfully be retained.
